3 Fresh Tomatoes
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Box Pasta, macaroni or your choice
2 Green Onions
Salt/Pepper to taste
3-4 slices cooked Bacon
Cheddar Cheese, diced - your call as to how much

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon slices in a pan, set aside and drain all but one teaspoon of the bacon fat. Add onions and cook until tender. Begin to boil the pasta until almost al dente.

In a blender, add garlic, tomatoes and a little water until mixed. Pour this mixture into the pan with the onions.

Once pasta is cooked, add to the pot as well. If sauce it too thick, add a little water. Once all is incorporated, add the cheese and cover over low heat. Let cook until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!!
