1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 (12oz) pkg choc chips.

Directions:
Melt caramels & 1/2 cup evaporated milk together.

Mix dry cake mix with 1/2 cup evaporated milk, butter & nuts. Put 1/3 of cake batter mixture in a buttered 9x13 pan. Bake for 6 min at 350º, remove from oven.

Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour melted caramels over chips. Smooth remaining batter over caramel by spooning on potions of dough & spreading carefully. Don't worry about holes the batter will spread during baking.

Finish baking 350º for 15-18 min. Refrigerate before cutting so caramel does not run.
