1 C butter, softened
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 C flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

2 T sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, and blend in dry ingredients except remaining sugar, and cinnamon.. Shape dough into balls by using teaspoons full, or a small ice cream/cookie scoop. Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon that has been mixed together. Space out on lightly sprayed cookie sheet, and back 8-10 min. Cool on wire rack.
