Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked rice

1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 pkg Lawry's spaghetti seasoning
2 1/4 cups water

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
garlic salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Tortilla chips or Fritos (of your favorite flavor)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Olives

Optional toppings:
Tomatoes, chopped
Green Onion
Fresh Cilantro
Avocado, sliced or cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package instructions in sauce pan, rice cooker or instant pot.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown ground beef seasoned to your liking with garlic salt and pepper until tender, pour off fat.

While meat is browning, in another saucepan make your tomato sauce. (A jar of spaghetti sauce may be used instead.) Mix tomato paste, water and Lawry's spaghetti seasoning and simmer on medium to low heat.

In the large skillet, add the rice to the meat. Add tomato sauce to rice & meat mixture. Enough sauce to make it a nice red color but it should not be saucy or runny.

Serve family style on a plate of your favorite chips and top it with olives and shredded cheese. Extra toppings like chopped tomatoes, green onion, fresh cilantro, and/or avocado can take it up a notch.
