1 C Packed Brown Sugar
½ C Flour
1 C Chopped Pecans
⅔ C Butter, melted
2 Eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350°

In a bowl, combine sugar, flour & nuts and set aside. Combine melted butter & eggs and mix well. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until just moistened.

Fill greased muni-muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove immediately to cool on a wire rack.

Note - When muffins are cool, they can be placed in mini-muffin paper cups.
