Ingredients:  
2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
3/4 cup milk
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
2 beaten eggs
3 TBSP Stevia
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 salt
2 cups chopped apples ( I add blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place in lightly greased 7 X 11 baking dish.
Cover and place in refrigerator over night.
Remove from refrigerator as oven preheats to 350º.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
