Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 C warm water, 105-115 degrees
1 tsp sugar
2 T vegetable oil
2 1/2 C all purpose flour

Pizza Sauce:
1 sm can tomato paste
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
dehydrated onion

Desired pizza toppings
Pepperoni
canadian bacon
diced green pepper
sliced mushrooms
sliced olives
sliced fresh tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in rest of dough ingredients, and beat 5 min with dough hook in mixer. Let rest in greased bowl on counter until ready to put together pizza.
Roll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until round, and the size of your pizza stone. Sprinkle cornmeal on pizza stone to prevent dough from sticking and makes crust crunchier, and transfer dough to stone that's already been heated in the oven at 425. Cook dough until lightly brown on the bottom, but not completely cooked.
Combine sauce ingredients, and spread sauce on crust, then add shredded mozzarella cheese, and desired pizza toppings. Sprinkle top with grated parmesan.
Finish cooking until cheese is melted. Pop any dough bubbles that form in crust while cooking. Slice and garnish with sliced tomatoes, let cool a few min before serving so all the melted cheese doesn't ooze off the pizza.
