Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1 ½ TBSP baking powder
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Milk (enough for thick batter but pourable)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Beat until batter is smooth. Heat griddle or cast iron skillet with a little oil. Pour small amount of batter onto griddle. Cook until golden brown. Makes approximately 6 pancakes. Serve with butter and syrup.
