1/4 C bacon, diced
1/4 C onion, diced
1 can cream of potato soup
3/4 C milk
2 cans minced clams
1 T lemon juice
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook and stir bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Stir in soup, and milk. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Stir in clams with liquid, lemon, and pepper, and heat through.

This is a short cut recipe. If you want to make from scratch then omit the can of potato soup. Add cubed potatoes, and chicken broth. If you want a richer sauce use half & half, or heavy cream.
