6 corn tortillas/cut in strips
1 pound sausage
2 TBSP finely chopped onion
6 TBSP chopped green chilies
8 ounce Colby/jack cheese, grated
10 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion, drain
Spray 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray.
Layer half of strips, green chilies, sausage, and cheese. Repeat with other half.
Beat eggs, milk, and spices and pour over layers.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350º.
Bake for 45 minutes until bubbling around edges. Let it stand for 5 minutes or until center is solid.
