2 TBSP oil
¼ C sliced almonds
¼ C sesame seeds
8 stalks green onion, sliced
1 medium head cabbage (chopped)
2 packages Nissan Ramen noodles, uncooked, broken into small pieces

Dressing:
¼ C sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 C oil
6 TBSP rice vinegar

Mix dressing in blender.

Heat oil in skillet, toast almonds and sesame seeds until lightly browned. Combine with remaining ingredients. Cover and chill several hours or overnight to allow flavors to combine.

This salad is light and filing. You can add chicken to make a full meal.
It's better if you make ahead and allow it to sit overnight or for a few hours.
