1 C lemon-lime soda
¾ C veg oil
¾ C soy sauce
¼ C lemon juice (or lime juice if doing fajitas)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp horseradish

about 1 lb of steak

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into plaice bag and add steak. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Serve with mashed potatoes and corn or slice and serve with sliced grilled onions, peppers, guac, and sour cream!

We don't have steak very often (a disappointment to the boys) but this is a always a hit. I have to double or triple this when they are eating!
