1 pkg ready-made pizza dough crust
6 Tablespoons bbq sauce (¼ cup plus 2 Tablespoons)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
¼ cups diced shallot or red onion
¼ cups sliced jarred pepperoncini peppers
1 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella)
¼ cups chopped cilantro

optional ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip

Preheat oven to 425º F.
Gently press dough into a rectangular pan about 9x13.
Spread bbq sauce over dough and then sprinkle cheese, chicken, onion, peppers, and cilantro over top. Roll up (cinnamon roll style) and use a sharp knife into 12 slices.

Place back in 9x13 pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown on top. Cool for a few minutes and serve with ranch if desired.

These are easy enough for the kids to make. I'd double this recipe. It's definitely kid-friendly, and goes fast. Can also be brought as an appetizer to a party.
