1 C uncooked rice
1 C water
1 sm can tomato sauce
mozzarella, cubed
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
tsp water
hot oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
bring rice and water to a boil, add tomato sauce. Simmer until rice is cooked, then cool. Roll into medium sized balls, press a square of mozzarella into the center of each ball. Combine egg and water for egg wash solution. Roll balls in egg wash, then into bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown.
