1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Melt butter, add corn, blend in sour cream, beat eggs, add to mixture; stir in jiffy mix. Pour in casserole dish. Bake 35-40 minutes or until firm.
