½ cup flour
3 eggs
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil

Optional Toppings:
strawberries, powdered sugar, Nutella, bananas, whipped cream or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients with only 1 Tablespoon of oil in blender. Blend until smooth. Add remaining Tablespoon of oil to frying pan over medium-high heat. When hot, pour about ¼ cup of mixture into pan. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute and flip to other side. Top with strawberries, powdered sugar, Nutella, bananas, whipped cream or chocolate chips.

Ethan made these at mutual one night and loved them. They are so easy and tasty we have been making them ever since! Even though the whipped cream to crepe ratio is a bit much!
