1 lb Meat, your choice
1 Onion, chopped
1 can Drained Corn
1 can Drained Hominy
1 can Drained French-style Green Beans
1 can Diced Green Chiles
2 can Chopped Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and garlic. Ad remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat 1 - 2 hours. Serve with corn chips or rolls
