1 can (6½ oz.) white crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix together softened cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. A beater can be used to thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Lastly, stir in the drained crab meat. Bake at 350º in a heatproof bowl for 30 minutes.

Serve with RITZ Crackers.
