2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 T cocoa- heaping
2 T flour
1 stick butter melted
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325

Beat eggs until light in color. Beat in sugar until just combined. Add the cocoa, flour, melted butter and vanilla. Mix gently until well combined.

Pour batter into 4 ramekins. Set ramekins into a larger pan 13 x 9 half way full of water

Bake until the upper crust is crispy and the rest of batter is firm but not set. 40-50 minutes. If you pull it out of the oven and have second thoughts then stick back in oven for 10 more minutes.

serve with sweetened whipping cream
