Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 20 oz packages of Frozen Kernal Corn
1 cup of Whipping Cream (8 oz carton)
1 cup of milk (2% milk or whole milk)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp MSG (not necessary - I usually leave it out)
6 tsp of sugar
1 pinch white or cayenne pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Turn your oven on Broil at low.

Add Frozen Kernal Corn, Whipping Cream, and milk to a large pot on medium heat.

Stir often until Corn is no longer frozen. Add Salt, Sugar and white/cayenne pepper. Then bring the pot to a boil for about 5 minutes.

In a small microwave safe dish, melt butter. Then add flour. Mix together well. Add this thickening agent to the pot of corn. Simmer until sauce begins to thicken. If the sauce isn't getting thick. You can add more butter and flour. (equal parts)

Once Creamed Corn is thick, pour into a serving dish that's oven friendly. (usually a 9x13 Pyrex type casserole dish or similar)

Sprinkle parmesan cheese all over the top of the Cream corn and place under the broiler until the parmesan cheese starts to brown and get crispy. Parmesan cheese gets a little stinky under the broiler. Don't worry. You're doing it right!

NOTE: You will need to double, triple, or quadruple this recipe when serving it to a crowd. It's easy to make much more in a large soup pot. Just be sure to defrost Kernal Corn before getting started or it all clumps together and takes longer to defrost. Also, If your sauce is not thickening, add more equal parts flour and sugar until it's the texture and consistency you prefer.
