Hoagie rolls
2 lbs deli-sliced roast beef
cream cheese
Provolone cheese, sliced
1-2 pkg Au Jus

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil.
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place Au Jus packet along with water (according to package directions) in a large sauce pan. Bring to boil. Once boiling add deli meat and reduce heat to simmer. Leave meat to cook/soak in juices around 7-10 minutes.

Place hoagie roll open faced on the baking sheet. Spread one side of the roll with cream cheese and the other with provolone. Place in oven to Broil for a few minute until cheese is melted. DO NOT WALK AWAY. It melts fast. Once melted add roast beef and serve immediately with left over Au Jus for dipping. So easy & Yummy! Family favorite. Make extra, it goes fast!

My kids love French dip but sometimes I just need a quick meal. This came together for one of those times we were craving French dip but didn't put in a roast all day to cook, this is the easier version but just as tasty!
