4 slices Bacon
1 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese grated
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup rice (uncooked)
1 can diced tomatoes 796ml
Salt & Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Seasoning Bay leaves & Basil optional. Cook bacon till crisp. Remove, breakup and put in casserole. Cook onion in bacon fat, add green pepper. Add ground beef and rice, cook until beef is cooked. Pour into casserole, add tomatoes and seasoning, mix. Cover with shredded cheese. Cover casserole with lid or tin foil. Cook for 1 hour at 350º. ENJOY!
