12 oz. can of Tuna, packed in water
Sweet gherkins pickles
6 hard boiled eggs
1 C. Miracle Whip (can use mayonnaise if you prefer)
2 Tbsp. Pickle juice
(Chopped onions are optional.... sometimes I add them but most of the time I don’t...)

Drain tuna well and put in medium size bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients with the well drained tuna.
Papaw likes his tuna salad with crackers or on white bread... I like mine on toast.

( I put this recipe in here for our grandson Nate and Granddaughter Ashlynn.... they both do NOT like tuna salad... but of course they both liked Gam’s... ha....)
I usually make this when eggs are needing to be used up. It will taste the same if you use less eggs.
