1 small cabbage (or 1/2 med. cabbage) shredded
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
1 tsp Better Than Bouillion - Chicken Flavour or Chicken Bouillion cube (You can replace water & Chicken Bouillion with chicken stock)
4 cups tomato juice
1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
- Sauté chopped onions and ground beef in Instant Pot until browned
- Add water & Chicken Bouillion (or chicken stock).
-Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and ensure that mixture is not stuck to the bottom of the pot.
- Turn sauté off.
- Add cabbage spread over meat/onion mixture. DO NOT STIR.
- Add uncooked rice on top of cabbage. DO NOT STIR.
- Add tomato juice and diced tomatoes on top of rice. DO NOT STIR.
- Place cover on Instant Pot and set on Manual for 10 minutes.
- Natural release for 15 minutes, then Quick release.
- Stir and serve.

- You can omit the Chicken Bouillion and use water only.
- You can also omit the diced tomatoes and add an extra cup of tomato juice.

IMPORTANT - Do NOT stir the pot once you add the rice. If you do, the rice may burn on the bottom of the pot.
