1 box lemon cake mix
1 small box lemon instant pudding
1 10 ounce bottle of 7-up = 1⅓ cup
4 eggs
¾ cup Wesson Oil

Directions:
Mix cake mix, pudding, 7-up, eggs and oil. Put in greased and floured 2 layer cake pans. Bake at 325º for 35 minutes.

ICING
1 large can crushed pineapple Put in pan on top of stove. Mix ingredients for
½ stick butter icing. Cooking slowly and stirring until it gets
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring thick. Frost cake when it cools.
1½ cups sugar
2 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup coconut
½ cup pecans
