1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed
¾ C Flour
1 C Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Stick Butter, softened
2 Eggs, beaten
Add some chopped onion and a pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º Butter 9x13 baking dish Bake for 45 minutes

Slightly thaw Frozen Spinach and then place in paper towels to remove liquid.

Mix all ingredients, except Cheese, in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and then add cheese, mix again.

Pour in baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.

Let stand before cutting.
