1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C Mayonnaise
1 Egg, beaten
¼ C Onions, chopped
3 (10oz) Packages Frozen Chopped Broccoli
8 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Dash of Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Butter 9x13 baking dish

Whisk together soup, mayonnaise, egg and onion in medium size bowl

Place frozen broccoli that has been slightly thawed into a large bowl. Pour the soup mixture on top of the broccoli and mix well.

Place in baking dish making sure to smooth out the ingredients and top with salt, pepper and paprika.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour

I would add some crushed Durkee Fried Onions near the end of baking and return the casserole to the oven just to brown the fried onions.
