2 (20 ounce) bags California Blend frozen vegetables
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shedded cheddar cheese
½ cup melted butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Steam vegetables until tender. Drain and place in greased baking (9x13) dish.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, and cheese in bowl and pour over vegetables. Stir together crackers and melted butter and sprinkle over vegetables.

Bake at 350º until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes
