Ingredients:
Ingredients:
~5 flour tortillas
Flour
Water

Filling:
2 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup peas
1 or 2 carrots, peeled, diced, and cooked
2 tsp. curry powder
Pinch of salt
Onion, garlic, and/or any other fillings you want

Optional: a sauce for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
2. Cook your fillings if you haven't done so yet
3. In a bowl, mix the fillings
4. In a small bowl of water, add a spoonful or so of flour and mix. This will create a paste that you can use to "seal" your samosas (You can also skip this step and just use water, but it may not be as effective)
5. Assemble your samosa. You have two options:
a. Take a whole tortilla, add some filling, fold into a triangle shape and seal the edges with the flour paste
b. Cut each tortilla in half. Take one of the halves and fold one side toward the centre. Add some paste here, then fold the other side over the pasted end, forming a cone. Add filling into the cone and seal the open side with the paste
6. Repeat for all the samosas
7. Place the samosas on a baking tray (Optional: brush them with oil). Bake for 30 minutes

Personal Notes:
This is a great alternative if you're missing the FAA's classic bake sale samosas!
You can add or remove basically any ingredient of this recipe to follow your likings or dietary restrictions. It's also vegan depending on what fillings you use.
