Crust:
1 Stick Butter, Softened
1C Flour
1C Chopped Nuts

Filling:
1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese, Softened
1C Powdered Sugar
1C Cool Whip
1 Pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Mix ingredients for crust and press into 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes in oven then cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1C Cool Whip together. Pour into baked crust. Mix pudding as directed and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Cover pudding with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
