4 cups water*
2 chicken bouillon cubes*
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups cubed potatoes (or frozen hash brown potatoes)
1 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed)
2 cans cream of chicken soup

*Can be made with 4 cups chicken broth instead
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all but cheese and soup in large pot or instant pot. Cook until potatoes are soft. Stir in Velveeta cheese and chicken soup until well blended. Let simmer until it thickens.

Serve hot.
