1 Large Can Chicken
3T Butter or Oil
3T Flour
1C Milk
Water or Extra Milk
Salt
Peppter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pan to medium heat and add oil or butter. Once butter is melted or oil is heated, add flour 1T at a time. Cook the butter and flour mixture for a few minutes until slightly browned. Stir while cooking. Slowly add milk to mixture and continue stirring. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add canned chicken to mixture once gravy starts to thicken. Once gravy is the consistency that you want, remove from heat. If gravy gets too thick, add extra milk or water to thin out.

Serve over toast.
