1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until it stands in soft peaks. Gradually mix in brown sugar and vanilla. Dip pecans in mixture and bake on greased cookie sheet at 250º for 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
