Preheat deep fryer or skillet oil to 375º

Flour
Buttermilk

(fix a bowel of Flour and a bowel of Buttermilk)

Salt and Pepper meat to taste also seasoning the flour and buttermilk or we use McCormicks Steak Seasoning
Fryer with hot oil (we use peanut oil)

Directions:
Directions:
First dip meat into flour coating both sides well

Next dip floured meat into buttermilk, then back into flour then into hot grease. Cook until batter is golden brown and meat is done. Meat will float on top of oil when done.
