Thin Sliced Bacon cut in thirds
Fresh Parmesan Cheese

250º for 1 hour

Wrap cracker with bacon, seam side down on a cookie sheet that is covered with foil. Sprinkle generously with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Cook slowly until bacon is crisp. May take longer than an hour. Can do ahead and heat on low.
