8 oz. cream cheese
1 can black beans, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
Shredded Tex-Mex cheese

Preheat oven to 300º. Spray an 8 x 8" or smaller baking dish with PAM.

Layer ingredients as listed. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes and take off the foil and bake for another at 5 minutes. You can double this recipe. Serve with Tostitoes, Fritoes, or your favorite dipper.

Make sure you drain the tomatoes and the black beans or it will be too runny. A tasty appetizer in a pinch!
