6 Cups Water
1 Tblsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 Cup Quinoa
2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Raisins (optional)
1/2 Cup Almonds, chopped (optional)
1 Sliced Banana
1/2 Cup Granola

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Add quinoa and cook 2-3 minutes until "tails" start to pop out. Add oatmeal. Stir in raisins and almonds. Lower heat and cook 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently to keep raisins from settling and burning. Serve with sliced bananas and a sprinkle of granola on top.
