2 Cups Sugar or Honey
2 Tbsp. Rootbeer Extract
2 tsp. Yeast
1 Gallon Warm Water

Directions:
Directions:
Use 2 quarts (1/2) of the warm water and dissolve the sugar (or honey), rootbeer, and yeast. Shake well in a narrow necked bottle with an air-tight lid. Finish filling bottle with warm water. Set in a warm place away from drafts or excessive heat. Age for 12 hrs but not more than 24 hours. Chill until cooled.
