3/4 cup coconut flour
1 stick butter (cold, cut into pieces)
1/4 cup sugar alternative (skip for savory crust)
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla (skip for savory)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut flour, butter, sugar substitute and salt in food processor.
Pulse until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Process again until dough forms.
Press dough into greased pie plate.
Poke holes in bottom with fork.
Bake in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes until firm and just barely golden on the edges.
Rest for at least 10 minutes before adding filling, then you can bake again as needed for filling.
If the edges start to brown cover edges with foil.
Cool completely before cutting.
