3 cups self rising flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 (12 oz.) can room temperature beer
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Rosemary
Ground pepper, fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and sugar. Add room temperature beer. Mix well. Put into a greased loaf pan. Cover and let set 30 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350º.

Variation:
After baking 30 minutes, lightly brush top with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary.
Serve warm with a shallow dish of olive oil and crushed pepper for dipping bread in.
