1 cup flour
5 TB powdered sugar
½ cup butter

2 eggs
1 ¾ cups white sugar
¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking powder
3-4 cups sliced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: combine flour, powdered sugar, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pat in 8x8 or 9" pan. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat eggs with sugar, flour & baking powder. Combine with rhubarb. Pour over baked crust. Bake 350º for 35 minutes.

Cut into bars.
