½ cup butter
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup flaked coconut

1 (20 oz) can pie filling or 2 ½ cups sliced fresh apples

½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into cake mix, add coconut. Pat into 9x13 ungreased pan, making a slight rim. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.

Arrange apples on warm crust. Mix sugar & cinnamon together. Sprinkle over apples. Beat egg and add to sour cream. Pour over apples.

Bake 350º for an additional 25 minutes.
