Crust:
6 egg whites (room temperature)
½ tsp cream of tartar
¼ tsp salt
1 ¾ cup white sugar

Beat egg white until stiff. Add cream of tartar, salt & sugar gradually until thick. Spread in greased 9x13 pan.

Bake 275º for 60 minutes (or turn off oven and leave overnight).

Layer 2:
1 pint whipping cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
6 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Whip cream until thick, fold in marshmallows, set aside.
Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla. Fold into whip cream & marshmallows. Spread on top of meringue crust. Refrigerate 12 hours.

Cut in small squares, top with:
1 can raspberry (or cherry) pie filling
1 tsp lemon juice
10 oz frozen strawberries & juice, thawed
