¾ c margarine
½ c sugar
½ c brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ c flour
1½ tsp backing powder
½ tsp salt
2 c shredded zucchini with skin on
¾ c coconut
¾ c raisins
¾ c crushed pineapple , save juice
¼ c margarine
1cup icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine until creamy, add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat, add vanilla. In separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add this to first mixture beat till dwell blended. Stir in pineapple, zucchini, raisins and coconut. Spread on greased and floured jelly roll pan. bake at 350º for 40 minutes, cool and drizzle with glaze.
Glaze , ¼ c softened margarine, 1 tbsp pineapple juice and 1 c icing sugar. Beat until smooth and pour over cake. Cut into bars.
