Crust:
2 C spaghetti, cooked
2 T Parmesan cheese
1 egg
4 t diet margarine
⅔ C part skim ricotta cheese

Filling:
½ C onion, diced
½ C green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
mushrooms, sliced
2 t diet margarine
6 oz. ground round, browned and drained
1 C tomatoes with juice, chopped
2 t tomato paste
2 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spread spaghetti, cheese, egg, and margarine over bottom and up sides of sprayed 9" pie pan.
Spread ricotta cheese onto crust.
Saute' onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic in margarine.
Add prepared meat, tomatoes, and tomato paste - cook until slightly thickened.
Spoon over ricotta cheese.
Bake at 350º 20 - 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 10 minutes more.
