2lbs potatoes (3 large)
8tbsp butter
1 medium onion chopped
1-2c veggies corn+carrots
1.5lbs ground beef
½c beef broth
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Cheddar cheese on top

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and add 1tsp of salt.

Sauté the onion, carrots and corn in 4tbsp butter.

Add the ground beef, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until well done.

Mash then potatoes with butter and salt and pepper.

Layer the mixture and bake at 400º for 30 mins. Add cheese on top the last five minutes!
