2 1/2 c. milk
3 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Note: Do not refrigerate or using metal spoons or mixing bowls.

Start with 1 cup of mature sourdough starter at room temperature.

Day 1: Do Nothing
Day 2: Do nothing
Day 3: Stir with a wooden spoon
Day 4: Do nothing
Day 5:Do nothing
Day 6: Place mixture in a large non-metal bowl. Add separately, stirring with a wooden spoon after each addition: 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour
Day 7: Do nothing
Day 8: Stir with a wooden spoon
Day 9: Do nothing
Day 10: Add separately, stirring with a wooden spoon after each addition: 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour

Take 3 plastic containers and into each put 1 cup of mixture & cover. Give two containers to friends, with a copy of this recipe. Keep one container for yourself.

To what is left in your original bowl, add 1 cup of oil, 1/2 cup milk, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla. Stir with a wooden spoon.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding, 1 cup nuts (optional)

Using wooden spoon, add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Stir until mixed. Divide mixture and place into 2 loaf pans, well greased and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle tops with extra cinnamon and sugar.

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees
