1½ cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 egg
½ tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º. Place cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high intil melted, stirring every 30 seconds, stirring constantly. While cheese is melting, add almond flour, white wine vinegar, egg and salt to bowl; mix. Add melted cheese to the bowl and mix until well incorporated. Grease hands with coconut oil. Press dough on cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
