1½ c. all-purpose flour
¾ c. white sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
⅓ c. vegetable oil
1 egg
⅓ c. milk, or more as needed
1 c. fresh blueberries
Raw sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
2. Combine 1½ c. flour, ¾ c. sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 c. measuring cup; add the egg and add enough milk to reach the 1-cup mark. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
3. Sprinkle raw sugar over muffins before baking.
4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until done.
