3 cups all-purpose baking mix
1 lb. ground hot pork sausage
1 (10 ounce) pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, pressing mixture together with hands. Shape into 3/4" balls. Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Step 2
Bake at 400º for 15 to 18 minues or until lightly browned.

Step 3
NOTE: For testing purposes only, we used Cracker Barrell Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Freeze uncooked sausage balls, if desired. Bake frozen ball at 400º for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
